Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
CreativeGames is the developer of PropHuntFPS (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Game and through our website, https://prophuntfps.x10.mx (the “Website”), why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can contact us about it.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 When You Play PropHuntFPS
PropHuntFPS does not have its own account system. To play online, you sign in with your existing Epic Games Account (and/or your Steam account, if you play the Steam version) — CreativeGames never receives or stores your password.
Through Epic Online Services (EOS), which the Game uses for sign-in, matchmaking, and multiplayer networking, the following is processed:
- Your Epic Account ID / Product User ID
- Online session and matchmaking data (lobby settings, player count, connection/ping information)
- Your IP address — this is necessary to establish the peer-to-peer / listen-server network connections between players that make multiplayer matches possible, and for basic anti-abuse/NAT-traversal purposes
- Your online presence/status, if enabled in your own Epic account settings. This data is collected and processed by Epic Games, Inc. as our identity and networking service provider. See Epic’s own Privacy Policy for details: https://www.epicgames.com/site/en-US/privacypolicy
If you play the Steam version, your Steam Account ID and IP address are similarly processed by Valve Corporation via Steamworks. See Valve’s Privacy Policy: https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/
Crash reports: if the Game crashes, Unreal Engine’s built-in crash reporter may send a technical crash report (stack trace, hardware/OS/engine version) to help us diagnose and fix the issue. This is not intended to include any personal information.
What we do NOT collect: we do not collect your real name, home address, phone number, or any payment/card details — all purchases are handled entirely by the Epic Games Store (or Steam), and we never receive your payment information. PropHuntFPS does not currently include any in-game voice or text chat feature, so no voice recordings or chat logs are collected.
2.2 When You Visit Our Website (prophuntfps.x10.mx)
- Server logs: like virtually all websites, our hosting provider automatically logs visitor IP addresses and basic request information (page requested, browser type, timestamp) for security and technical operation of the site.
- Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, time on site). Google Analytics uses cookies and may process your IP address as part of that service. See Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- We do not currently accept visitor comments or offer user registration/accounts on the Website, so no comment data, Gravatar lookups, or account/login cookies are collected.
- We do not run advertising or ad-tracking scripts on the Website.
3. Why We Use This Data
- To let you sign in and play multiplayer matches with other players (Epic/Steam account ID, IP address, session data)
- To diagnose crashes and improve the Game’s stability (crash reports)
- To understand and improve the Website (Google Analytics)
- To operate, secure, and maintain our Website and server infrastructure (server logs)
4. Who We Share Data With
- Epic Games, Inc. — as the provider of Epic Online Services (login, matchmaking, multiplayer networking) and the Epic Games Store
- Valve Corporation — if you play the Steam version, via Steamworks
- Google LLC — for Website analytics (Google Analytics)
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any other third party for marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep Data
We do not operate our own player account database, so we do not directly retain your Epic/Steam account identifiers, matchmaking/session data, or IP address beyond what is transiently needed while a match is running — this data is otherwise held according to Epic’s and Valve’s own retention policies, not ours. Crash reports, if any, are kept only as long as needed to investigate and fix the underlying issue. Website server logs are kept for a limited period necessary for security purposes, per our hosting provider’s standard practice. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured on our Google Analytics account.
Your Rights / How to Request Deletion
Because we don’t operate our own account system, most of your account-linked data is controlled directly by Epic Games or Valve — you can review, manage, or delete it through your Epic Games Account settings (https://www.epicgames.com/account) or your Steam account settings.
To ask what information we hold in connection with the Game or Website, or to request deletion of anything we do hold (for example, correspondence or crash-report-linked information), contact us at b7899362@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may take reasonable steps to verify your request before acting on it.
To opt out of Google Analytics on our Website, use Google’s opt-out browser add-on (linked above) or your browser’s cookie/tracking settings.
Children’s Privacy
PropHuntFPS is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Age requirements for creating an Epic Games or Steam account are set by Epic Games and Valve, not by us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the Game or Website changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
